How do I answer a tricky interview question?
I left my company and am making a legal claim against them for constructive and unfair dismissal a few months ago. I recently applied for a job at this same company, but at a different branch. Their head office sent me an invitation to an interview - does this mean they don't know the full detail? How do I most diplomatically answer the question as to why I left the other branch in the first place? The dismissal claim has not yet been
