I have a job interview at citifinancial in collections for mortgage. I am nervous because I do not know?
Anything about Mortgage or Collections. I have always worked in a call center dealing with customer issues. What should I expect? Please give me some good interview questions and answers. I really want this job. HELP!!!!!!!
