Interview questions????
Alright I am 18 and am applying for a job at places like Starbuck, grocery stores, etc. When I was 16 I applied at Target and they interviewed me. The next 30 mins were from Hell. They asked me the most intricate and random questions that I had absolutely no answer for. For example: " Name a time when someone had a fear or problem but they didnt want to voice their problem and you voiced it for them." Do most companies have interviews with these types of
