What would be the best answer for this interview question?
How do you manage everyone's calendars?
What would you do if you had two calendar appointments in the MD's schedule both for the same day and time, and both were equally as important?!?!?!?!?
Help!!!
I am a PA/Administration at the moment and talking about Managing Director/Manager's diary appointments.
The appointments/meetings are not cancellable!
The appointments are with customers not patients, and both are really important
