Answers for interview questions?
I believe that when you are asked what your weakness is in an interview you should make it something positive from the employers point of view. I have an interview coming up and I am trying to think of one or two things to say when asked what my weakness is? I was thinking of saying something along the lines of I tend to get caught up in my work and work more hours than I am contracted for (which is typically true). Any ideas?
