How should I answer TARGET interview questions without work experience?
I have an interview monday at Target. From my research I've learned that they like to ask questions and have them answered in the STAR format. I don't have any work experience. All the work I've done has been labor/assisting a contractor and doing my own freelance webdesign (without many clients so far, I've really only had 2 clients and the second bailed on the project 3/4ths of the way to completion).
