Job interview questions, help me with the answers?
There a few questions I need some help with. I haven't been to a lot of interview - about 4 I think, but I have always been asked the same type of questions. I know how to answer the traditional kind, but not the behavioral kind. For instance here are a few I would like some help with.
1. Tell me about a situation when you had a conflict with a co-worker and how did you resolve it?
What if you hadn't had any conflicts? I have one
