How do you answer interview questions that you really can't answer?
Don't you just hate it when recruiters ask questions about experiences in which you never have faced? Today, someone asked whether I had an experience in which the company's public reputation was undermined and how did I manage to regain the trust. Note that this was for a little call-center rep position. Not surprisingly, I was a little tongue-tied and BS'd the whole question. At this point, I know I pretty much bombed
