How do I answer that dreaded interview question: Why did you leave your last job?
The truth is I was forced to resign after failing to check a company's insurance expiration, leaving the company open to legal reprocusions in the event of the person we were placing temporarily on work experience injured themselves. I owned up to the mistake, however this aparently is gross misconduct and I was offered the chance to resign.
So....when I'm being interviewed tomorow how do I answer that
