How do I answer this interview question?
What's the best way to answer the, "Why do you wish to leave your current position?" question when your sole reason is to get the hell out of where you're currently at? I'm interviewing for a position soon that aligns to my background and education - I didn't necessarily think my career would trend toward this position, but I'm glad I'm a candidate.
