What's the BEST way to answer this interview question: How do you handle angry customer?
I've dealt with lots of them and have answered this before, but what are EMPLOYERS looking for in regards to the answer for this on an interview?
Answer by buklaothe best way to listen to the customer without taking it personally. Let the customer vent and then formulate a plan of action to resolve the issue.Answer by mom363546i would say I would first find out what has made this person so angry
