What is the best way to answer this interview question?
I am leaving my job due to unprofessional behavior in the work place. I love what I do, just not the environment. For instance today, an assistant supervisor has arguing with a supervisor in a different department and she was shoving him! It was in jest, but it's still not appropriate at work.
