Some advice needed for future interview questions regarding; childcare, and if working late is a problem?
I was recently on a 2nd interview,and impressed the interviewers with most of the necessary questions and role play.The CEO came right out and said during peak seasons I may have to work late hours he asked how old my child was,if she did anything after school,if my child care was dependable,and if someone was waiting at home for a hot meal.I was told something contradictory in my
